This morning started off with 1 Fiber One Toaster Pastry.
For lunch I went to Panera. I had the pick 2 with A turkey artichoke panini and tomato soup in a bread bowl. yeah it was bread overload. Yeah a pretty terrible choice. :(
Felt not so good afterwards. So it makes NO sense why I ate this
For supper hubby and I went to Ruby Tuesday after our weight watchers meeting. It was so exciting to see the new program I think I am going to love it. I will confess that I may have overdosed on bread today because I knew tonight was my first weigh in. Which is ridiculous since I have been on the healthy eating wagon for so long now. I'm disappointed in myself. But I made better choices at supper. I had the veggie minis with no mayo and the plate has fries on it they messed up and sent the wrong thing so i put them on another plate and sent them back. I didn't eat even one. Instead I had the mashed potatoes which were only 142 calories. They were DELICIOUS. I only had 1 of the minis.
The day could have been better. Tomorrow is going to be great can't wait to get started!!!
