A Busy Busy Bee!!!

I haven't had time this past week to do any updating.  Plus our computer crapped out on us.  So we finally got a new one Saturday.  I will be back to blogging this week!

WEIGHT WATCHERS, WEIGHT LOSS, WORK OUTS, A NEW RECIPE, AND LOTS OF BARGAIN SHOPPING!!!

This week has been hectic to say the least.  Tuesday my mom was off of work so we went grocery shopping together.  I found so many amazing deals.  We went to Big Lots and UGO (a store i have never been to before but amazing).  I got all of these groceries between both stores and the total was 41 dollars for it all. 

Here is some random food that I had this week.










I got some great deals while we were shopping heres all the goods. 





Here are a few of the big highlights.  Libbys Pumpkin for 59 cents a can.  I couldn't believe it I bought 5 cans. 


Clif bars were only 79 cents a bar







Smart Ground for only 1 dollar a package. 




I got this for only 50 cents a box...I was so excited! 




The husband and I joined the Y this week and we have been working out like crazy...LOVE it. 

Weigh in was yesterday and it was pretty good.  I lost 1.2 pounds this week which gives me a total of 10 pounds lost in the past three weeks.  The hubs lost 7.2 pounds this week which give him a total of 18.8 pounds lost. 

Last but not least I have a new recipe that I created.  I cooked it for my family tonight and they loved it.

It has been a really great couple a days!!!

As far as dieting goes the past few days have been pretty spectacular and we have had some really great eats!

Saturday we woke up at my parents house because we had to go get our sweet baby dog.  For breakfast I just had a banana. 

We went with my parents to Cracker Barrrel.  I had grilled chicken, double order of carrots and a cup of veggie soup it was so delicious and all for 8 PointsPlus.  I was soo hungry I forgot to snap a picture. 



For supper we had to go grocery shopping and while we were out we tried a restaurant that everyone had been telling us was fabulous well.......it wasn't!!  We both agreed it was the worst mexican food we had ever eaten and probably the most expensive. 

I had the chicken fajitas and they had almost no seasoning and the veggies were hardly cooked at all.  But I did remember to take pics.




Later that night for supper I made us up some fruit salad and 1 piece of Cabot RF cheese and some Salt and Pepper Pop chips (my favorite so far) 




Sunday is so busy I didn't have a chance to get any pictures. 
For breakfast I had egg whites with broccolli and a piece of toast. 

For lunch I cooked grilled chicken, couscous, and broccoli. 

For supper I had a cup of taco soup and a filet o fish sandwhich from mcdonalds. 

Today for breakfast I just had a piece of toast, 1 banana and a TBS of Peanut butter.  all for 4 PointsPlus. 

For lunch today I coudn't figure out what I wanted so i looked in the fridge and came up with a veggie burritto.  I sauteed half of a yellow pepper, half of a red pepper, half of an onion, and half a can of mushrooms mixed with fajita seasoning in some Pam.  then I took a large flour tortilla that was 4 PointsPlus and spread it with 1 PointsPlus worth of fat free sour cream and cut up a piece of 1 PointPlus Cabot 50% RF cheddar cheese and poured the veggies over it and rolled it up and served with some cooked broccoli.  Over all it was pretty amazing and I loved it.  The whole plate was only 6 PointsPlus.  I will definitely be making this again very soon! 





For a snack today I had 1 TBS of Peanut Butter, Cut Up banana, and 15 Wheat Thins.  All for 6 PointsPlus. 





I'm expecting a great weigh in this coming Thursday can't wait!

I Love Anthropologie clothing and I can't wait until I'm able to wear some of their pieces.  The other day I went online and was looking up inspiration pieces.  These are some of my favorites. 





I LOVE all of the ruffles.

Kind of a boring day in food!

It was kind of a boring day today as far as eating goes but i'm OK with that its just good to be back home and eating at home again. 

For breakfast I had the same ole thing I usually have and it was delicious!




For lunch I cooked a steamable broccolli and cheese and cooked a couple pieces of turkey sausage and sourdough bread to go with it. 


For supper I went out with my family to eat and I got a salad and used BBQ sauce as my dressing and a baked potato with A1 and light sour cream.  Plain and simple but delicious.  I had a few onion straws too. 





 Later on in the night I made some banana soft serve and crushed a couple of pecans and a teaspoon of peanut butter in it!  I also snacked on a banana during the day.  It was kind of a boring day but glad to be at home and back on track!

TOO MUCH FOOD!!!!

So our getaway is almost over we will be going back home Saturday.  I am not going to be home for weigh in boo so sad.  We bought the monthly pass so its cool if we miss one I'll just weigh in at home on Saturday.  Our getaway has been fun but so so so busy.  Our hotel was pretty amazing and the food was delicious....lots of seafood.  I unfortunately didn't get many pictures and honestly I was a pretty bad tracker.  But I am going to do better starting tomorrow and write down and take pictures of everything that I eat.
