I had 1 piece of toast, banana, 3 turkey sausage links, 3 egg whites with 1/2 ounce of havarti cheese melted on it and broccolli on top. It was delicious. The total was 7 PointsPlus.
Later on in the day I got hungry so I decided to have a snack. I had a bag of mixed almonds and walnuts for 3 PointsPlus.
My husband and I went out for date night tonight. we went to eat at Chipotle.
I got a burritto bowl with black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, lettuce, salsa, and guacamole. It was sooooo good. It was 12 PointsPlus and worth every point! I didn't eat all of the guacamole I shared with my hubby.
For a snack later on I ate 1 Fuji Apple (DELICIOUS) and 1/2 a banana.
At the movies hubby and I shared A Soft Pretzel. According to info i found online my half had 6 PointsPlus in it.
Before the movie we went to the mall and walked 2 laps. Yep for exercise if you are walking around the mall it really doesn't feel like you are exercising at all.
We watched Country Strong. I loved it!!! It had a bittersweet ending but overall a great movie with some great music.
